Sit & Stretch Chair Yoga

A guided gentle practice that consists of using a chair as a prop to perform to poses. This class is suitable for those who are new to yoga and or looking to increase range of motion with gentle movement.

 

Feel Good Flow

With a focus on flowing from each pose, connecting the breath with movement. Poses will consist of seated, standing, and reclined to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is suitable to all levels as modifications to poses will be available.

 

Soothing Yin Yoga Class

Enjoy the relaxing benefits of yin yoga by working through passive stretches that are held from three to five minutes. Most of these poses done on the floor, with the use of props. Yin yoga a targets the connective tissue between our muscles and fascia. By stressing the joints, in long holds we are increasing circulation to the joints for increased range of mention & flexibility. Instead of forcing ourselves into a pose, we relax & soften, allowing our body the time to release naturally.

 

Rest & Restore Yoga Class

All poses are done on the floor w/ the support of props, such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, straps or blocks. Restorative yoga helps reduce stress and helps balance the nervous system w/ it’s fully supported poses that are held for ten minutes each. The longer holds are meant to release any muscular tension & promote a deep inner healing within the stillness & relaxing position.
